I'm loving you smooth lines in this. Very good job with those. You need to draw more pictures with smooth lines now. That is a demand btw ;)
I'm not exactly sure what vision is all about, so I'm just making that up.
Grym is having a vision about the future in this. Hazaa.
The tree branch directly over her head is a bit awkward. Branches get thinner the father out they go. Not larger. You also need something else in the background. Those clouds are lovely though. Maybe some trees or mountains would work.
Your lazy shadow is nice. If you copy Grym and paste her on a different layer (under the colored on of course :P), make her shadow color, move it down a tad, and turn down the opacity, you will have a nice shadow.
Now for the technique. As i said above, you did a great job on the line art. The bright colors really make Grym molest your eyeballs in a good kinda way. Nice comic-ish style. Except, you forgot her ear hole again :XD:. Some shading around the bone on her neck would be a nice touch, too.

As for critique I don't really have anything.
Just...
Only if Grym's pose is supposed to be kinda relaxed:
Try sitting in exacly that pose that Grym is sitting in and see how relaxing it is. I tried, and it was a pretty forced pose.
Take the wrist and hand for example, would you sit with your hand glued to your leg like that if you were just sitting and pondering/relaxing? I know I wouldn't.

It's something I fall for quite often, and it's a really easy mistake to make. When posing with creatures with human-ish anatomy you should use yourself and check that the pose you're trying to draw isn't something you have to force yourself to do.
If a forced pose isn't what you're after, that is.

Me too, I tend to stick with some poses that I repeat over and over again xDD *should start drawing more types of poses* Everytime I try to draw a pose it tends to turn out so stiff. -.- It's annoying. =/
Oh well, it's all practice anyway~
